God has faithfully blessed RENEWAL in so many ways over the years. One specific way He has made His presence known is in the sheer number of teens attending this Youth Rally. Over the years, we have created some guidelines in order to help the housing experience to be good for both the guests and the hosts. Please read the following notes if you plan to take advantage of this service provided by the members of the South Baton Rouge Church of Christ.

Housing will be guaranteed to the first 200 teenagers and their adult chaperones registered for the Youth Rally.

All housing requests must be in by midnight, February 22, 2009. Any requests turned in after that time/date cannot be guaranteed.

Anyone arriving after 10:00pm on Friday should let the Housing Directors know ASAP so that special arrangements can be made with host families willing to come up late. Please inform the Housing Directors of any special needs that any of you people may have, i.e., pet allergies, diabetes, physical needs, etc…

Upon arrival, a representative to your group MUST check in at the Housing Table to receive your assignments.

Please know that we understand there are exceptions to every rule. We can deal with these exceptions much more efficiently if we know about them in advance. Please let us know as soon as possible if any extenuating circumstances arise with regards to your housing needs.
